•Active member of ALTA (American Literary Translation
Association);

•Active member of ATA (American Translators Association);

•Active member of NAJIT (National Association of Judiciary Interpreters and Translators);

•Active member of TAC (Translator’s Association of China), Shanghai, China;

•An American citizen/ a Chinese native speaker: Fluent in English and several Chinese dialects (pure Beijing/Mandarin, Shanghai, Zhe-jiang, Jiang-su, Shang-dong, He-nan, He-bei, Si-chuan, Gui-zhou, etc.)

•Able to read and write Chinese, professionally, in both simplified and traditional styles;

•Solid cross cultural and bilingual education;

•Well-rounded knowledge and diversified working experiences of teaching, consulting, marketing, promoting, customer services, insurance, investment, web site text and image translation, production/project management and coordinating,... both in English and in Chinese;

•A seasoned translator with translation works as best sellers published and re-published again and again in China;

•An experienced interpreter for consecutive and simultaneous interpretation worked at numerous events, voice-over, dubbing, phone conversations/interviews/survey, etc.

•Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, BASIC, FORTRAN, HTML hand-coding).
